A plain-English review of the work shipped on bluespringsconstruct.com this month, the honest numbers behind it pulled live on 13 June 2026, and the plan to turn the visitors you are earning into recorded calls and form fills. Every figure here traces to your dashboard; estimates are labeled as estimates.
Where things stand
Until this month Google barely showed the site. The June build attacked exactly that with 16 new pages, real local content, faster load times and a maxed-out Google profile. Early signals are encouraging: impressions are up and several map positions have climbed. New pages take 60 to 90 days to fully settle, so we read early movement as a good direction, not a finished result. The honest starting numbers are below.
What we did this month
Everything below is live and was re-checked after publishing. Grouped so you can scan it and click straight to any page.
What the data shows now
Read these as your current starting line, not a before-and-after. Lead tracking on the website only went live on 12 May, so the earlier period is mostly untracked. Everything here is watchable any time on your dashboard.
Google showed the site 2,311 times in the last 30 days, up from 1,394 in the prior reading, at an average position of about 32. That average is deep because most of the new pages are brand new and still earning their place. The direction is what matters here: Google is now showing the site more, which is the first signal that the new pages are landing.
The listing logged 11 calls in 90 days and sent 71 clicks to the website. That makes the Google profile your strongest lead source right now, which is why the weekly posting and review growth matter. The website itself recorded only 2 lead actions last month, and it has never recorded a single tap on the phone number. People here convert by calling, and the site is not yet capturing that. The plan below fixes exactly that.
8 reviews at a perfect 5.0. Review count and recency show on every map result you appear in, and 71% of people read reviews before choosing a local business. Growing this steadily toward 20-plus is the single highest-impact local lever, and it is mostly in your hands (we supply the one-tap ask kit).
From the dashboard's automated technical audit. The foundation is in excellent shape; speed is the one area still settling, and a final speed pass is planned once the June changes finish settling.
Where you rank, point by point
We scan Google Maps across an 81-point grid around Windsor and Fort Collins and report the real position at each point, not a single flattering average. Here is the honest current picture.
| Search term (map grid) | Avg position | Top-10 grid points | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| general contractor windsor | 7.3 | 68 of 81 | Strong, and climbing |
| general contractor loveland | 2.0 | 1 of 81 | Strong where shown, narrow |
| general contractor fort collins | 8.0 | 1 of 81 | Toehold |
| basement finishing fort collins | 24.5 | 3 of 81 | Building |
| custom home builder fort collins | 51.5 | 0 of 81 | Opportunity |
| kitchen remodel windsor | 30.6 | 0 of 81 | Opportunity |
The honest read: "general contractor windsor" is genuinely strong and climbing (it now reaches the top 10 across 68 of 81 grid points, up from 35 in the prior scan), and that is the home-base strength to build on. Most other terms are still earning their place, which is normal for pages this new. In the organic search results, a few terms also jumped this period (for example "general contractor windsor co" from position 37 to 10); early movement like this is encouraging but we watch it settle over the coming weeks before calling it a win. The full interactive grid for every term is on your dashboard's Local tab.
The next focus: turning visitors into leads
SEO brings the visitor; the website has to turn that visit into a call or a form. Today the site sends almost all of its interest to the phone through your Google listing and captures very little on the page itself. This is the plan to change that. Nothing here ships until it is approved.
A bar fixed to the bottom of the screen on phones with "Call" and "Free consultation". Your listing logged 11 calls in 90 days while the website has never recorded one tap on the phone; this opens that channel on the site itself.
A simple 4-field form placed where people can see it (mid-page, not only at the bottom), styled to stand out. Half of homepage visitors never scroll past the halfway point, so a bottom-only form is invisible to them.
Your verified five-star quotes placed right beside each form, with the Google rating. People decide with proof in front of them, and yours currently sits in a separate section away from the ask.
Promote the custom-home and basement guides up front ("What does a custom home cost in Northern Colorado? Get the guide"), which captures the researching buyer who is not ready to call yet.
Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and Cheyenne projects with real photos, answering "do they build near me". This is the one piece blocked on your photos.
Your Colorado and Wyoming license numbers, insured and warranty, shown as badges near the forms. "Licensed" without numbers is not something a careful buyer can verify.
Ready-to-send text and email templates with your direct review link, a simple 1 to 3 asks a week rhythm. Gradual on purpose, because bursts get filtered by Google.
Calling a new lead back within minutes makes it far more likely to turn into a real job. We confirm form notifications reach an inbox you watch.
Honest expectation-setting, with sources: the average home-builder website turns about 0.5% of visitors into leads, and a documented case more than doubled that simply by adding conversion points beyond a single contact form (Builder Funnel). 71% of people read reviews before choosing a local business (BrightLocal 2025), and responding within 5 minutes makes a lead far likelier to qualify (Lead Response Management study). We will not promise a lead number. We commit to shipping the full stack of evidence-backed changes, measuring honestly on the Leads tab, and annotating each change so you can see what moved.
The plan
A short list for you
A few things only you can provide will unblock the highest-impact work. All of it is collected on one short form so it is quick to send back.
To get the cost guide live we drafted typical Northern Colorado ranges (about $300 to $450 per square foot, and roughly $750k to $1.5M for a full custom home) and an expanded Commercial page. These are sensible placeholders, not your quoted prices, and we want you to confirm or correct the numbers before we treat them as final. One quick read and a yes or an edit is all we need.
In short
Everything in this review is live on your dashboard, broken down by source, with no inflated numbers. Happy to walk through any section on a call, or dig into the data behind any figure.
